Honey-Dijon Dressing
Ingredients
1 medium shallot, finely chopped
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together shallot, honey, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
